We will sit down with you for an initial interview. What we want to learn from you are:

  • What are your business drivers for this exploration?

  • What is your role in the decision making process?

  • What is your organizational structure (Org Chart, key roles, influencers, etc)

After that initial interview we will customize a proposal for your organizations size and structure to do the following:

  • Hold a kickoff meeting where we explain the methodology and the research and experience behind our approach.

  • Identify key stakeholders to interview and walk through the assessment with.

  • Compile the results of those individual assessments into a composite picture for the organization.

  • Present the results, along with a roadmap for closing the gaps for consideration by your senior management.

  • You and the senior leadership team make the decision if you want to take that roadmap and execute it with internal resources, or if you want us to assist with the heavy lifting.
