Workshop Approach

A live workshop course, taught 1 week a month for 5 months with plenty of time in between sessions to select and make progress on your project.

  • The "off" weeks we will have a group coaching session to discuss challenges and issues that you are having as you progress through your project.

  • Presented in a mixed media approach of live interactions, pre-recorded lessons, and group or individual exercises.

  • A voucher for an IASSC Practice Exam for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

  • 3 months of weekly coaching sessions after the conclusion of the course included.

  • After completion of the project requirement, we will issue you a voucher for the IASSC Green Belt Certification Exam
